You must understand that registration in our partnership program stipulates that you automatically accept the following terms and conditions! Please note that we reserve the right to terminate any account should we feel that the Terms & Conditions are not being met. Termination of an account may result in the forfeiture of all accrued funds and a permanent blacklisting from our program. We reserve the right to change the following terms and conditions with prior notification through a news-block on our website.


1. We work as a partnership program and pay 50% (fifty percent) of all types of transactions. If the subscriber requires a refund or a chargeback, 50% of the transaction's cost will be withdrawn from you.

2. Your payout is 50% of any transaction, unless we make other agreement.

3. Advertising our sites through unsolicited mass mailing (SPAM) is forbidden.

4. Advertising our sites using stolen traffic (TGP-redirecting) is forbidden.

5. Advertising our sites through resources with illegal content, harmful programs (viruses and exploits) or any content prohibited by Swedish Law is forbidden.

6. Usage of stolen information for advertising of our sites is forbidden.

7. Webmasters from all the countries are welcomed with no restrictions.

8. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time without giving any reason. In this case the account holder will get paid for previous periods, but will not be able to promote our sites from that point, unless we come to an agreement.

9. All payments will be made in US $ by check or wire.

10. There will be no compensation for technical dysfunction should it result in downtime or other inconveniences. In the event of termination of this agreement advertisers will cease to use all content, banners, graphics and logos on their sites as all marketing tools are held under our copyright. Recurring revenues as a result of member reactivations will only be paid out to Partners while the Webmaster's account is active. In the event that a Webmasters account is closed for any of the reasons included in these Terms & Conditions the webmaster will cease to accumulate recurring revenues.

11. We do not take any responsibility, or liability for any of the actions of our webmasters regarding ALL unlawful practices. We expect you our webmasters to maintain the highest ethical standards set by this agreement or terms and conditions.
